From my journey I’ve discovered some things that can battle and manage depression:
1)Taking your thoughts and imagine your friend just poured them out to you; what would you reply with?
2)Find someone who you can trust to talk to (my friends have been my rock)
3)Write down your thoughts you have and argue the facts that challenge them and the facts that reinforce them
4) As hard as it may be: RATIONALISE your thoughts, feelings, emotions
5) Do one thing every day that scares you, it could be the smallest thing
6) Set yourself goals
7)This is basically two but they complement one another: develop your self-love and believe that you deserve and can conquer depression
