Remember when you’re relentlessly anxiously worrying that it achieves nothing, it only worsens your mood, day and potentially even your health. Ask yourself ‘is this thing I am worrying about being solved right now? Is it being fixed by my worrying? Is it happening right now?’ Worrying is normal, within reason. Being anxious, constantly worrying, panicking and attempting to determine the future solves absolutely nothing. We merely remain in the same position. Try hard to remind yourself of this.
